The case:

 

In our partnership with Sunmarket, Bridge Link Communication has implemented a strategic and analytical approach to support the process of deep identification and understanding of their clients. The results of the studies and analyzes carried out led to a significant increase in the Sunmarket portfolio.

 

We were engaged in a meticulous exploration of Sunmarket's target audience, an essential aspect for any effective marketing strategy. In this investigation, we defined the demographic, psychographic and behavioral parameters of the target audience, including, but without limiting, age, gender, location, income, education, interests, opinions, values, as well as the way, time and reasons for use of Sunmarket services or similar services.

 

After contouring the target audience, we have collected relevant data, by various, both quality and quantitative methods, including interviews and focus-group, correlated with the analysis of existing data and examining other market studies.

 

The analysis of the collected data allowed us to enter the depth of the Target public of Sunmarket, deciphering the consumption behavior for similar services. At this stage, we discovered a number of trends that played an essential role in expanding the company's portfolio.

 

By capitalizing on this analysis, I derived a number of relevant insights about the target audience. I decoded the reasons underlying the choice of services similar to those offered by the company, providing valuable support in the marketing strategy.

 

Finally, we integrated these insights into the company's marketing strategy, resulting in the development of strong marketing messages, which resonated with the target audience, and adapting services to respond optimally to the needs, budget and perceptions of the target audience.

 

This was a decisive step to ensure that Sunmarket continues to align and meet the constantly evolving needs of her customers.
